HC NET talent programme
For committed and motivated Masters’ degree students in the Czech Republic, we have HC NET – a talent programme which offers those who are interested in working in one of the countries where we operate the chance to gain key skills at our Czech offices while they are completing their final year of studies. Over their year-long “internship” at Home Credit, students work with us, taking part in a tailor-made programme with their own individual mentor and help from our colleagues – learning about everything from accounting to risk management and customer relations.

The Odyssey Senior Programme is an intense curriculum of Learning Journeys. Odyssey Senior is about empirical learning, not just another type of business school style training. The programme is about asking questions and, in particular, about identifying the right questions to ask.
While most specialised education and technical organisational cultures encourage managers to concentrate on the answers they know or that they need to know, Odyssey Senior aspires to rank amongst very few of those which emphasise the importance of questioning. Yet the context of uncertainty and change that faces us means that it is fundamental for people and businesses to be good at questioning: at understanding why we think what we think and why we make the assumptions that we make.
Participants from Home Credit Group’s countries work in international project teams throughout the program to develop innovative ideas relevant to the Group’s business that will be proposed to Group Top Management Team for approval and implementation.
Odyssey Senior consists of five modules; each of them brings external and internal speakers, facilitated debriefings and informal moments for discussion and sharing over lunches and dinners.
Each annual curriculum involves a group of 20 participants.
