History

Home Credit Group of companies is active in consumer finance markets in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan. At the end of 2006 Home Credit entered the Ukrainian and Belarusian market. Home Credit Group foundations were laid in the Czech Republic in 1997 with the establishment of Home Credit a.s. Besides the above mentioned countries Home Credit Group has opened offices in China and Vietnam.

Group Management

Strategic management of individual Home Credit companies is overseen by a group of top managers at Home Credit B.V., the holding company of Home Credit Group and the PPF group, Home Credit Group's parent company. The centralisation of some of its functions helps to increase the efficiency of Home Credit's expansion, and facilitates sharing of know-how in all areas and in all markets of the group's presence.

Shareholders Structure

The Home Credit Group belongs to the PPF international group of companies whose interests lie in insurance, pension business and asset management as well as in consumer finance and retail banking. During its 16 years of business activities PPF has become the leading Czech diversified financial group.
