OJSC Home Credit Bank

In December 2006 Home Credit Group has acquired a controlling stake in OJSC Lorobank from private international investors. Lorobank is a small financial institution in Belarus, with assets totalling BYR 6.4 billion (EUR 2.4 million) as of 30 September 2006 (in accordance with local accounting standards).
