OOO Home Credit Finance, CJSC Home Credit Bank

In December 2006 Home Credit Group completed the acquisition of two of Ukraine's rapidly growing financial services companies - Bank AGROBANK and Privat Kredit - by obtaining all the necessary approvals from the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Office, as well as the National Bank of Ukraine.

Bank AGROBANK provides commercial and retail banking services through 41 branches (as of 1 May 2008) throughout Ukraine. Privat Kredit, one of the Ukraine's leading non-banking financial institutions, provides consumer finance services through its extensive network of over 1,000 points of sale outlets within Ukraine.

The acquisition of a consumer finance provider and a commercial bank creates significant synergies between two robust financial businesses. This enables the creation of an extensive portfolio of financial products and services, together with an extensive distribution network, and the companies’ plans to build a large portfolio of satisfied customers working with Home Credit on a long-term basis.

In 2007 and in the beginning of 2008, Bank AGROBANK and Privat Kredit got through the rebranding process; hence Home Credit Bank and Home Credit Finance, respectively, have emerged in Ukraine.
