Information from our parent company - PPF Co2 announces increase in the total issue amount for its Notes launched in October

PPF Co 2 B.V., a 100% subsidiary of PPF Group N.V., incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, announces the increase in the total issue amount of its Zero Coupon Notes ISIN CZ0000000229 to CZK 11,250 million during the first Additional Issue Period.In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Issuer set and announced the first Additional Issue Period for the Notes. The Additional Issue Period starts on 00:00 CET on 5 December 2007 and finishes on 24:00 CET the same date. As of this date, the total nominal amount of the Issue has been increased from CZK 8,000 million to CZK 11,250 million. The Issue Price of newly issued Notes is 91.16%.
The newly issued Notes are fungible with the Notes issued on 31 October 2007 and fully secured by PPF Group N.V. The newly issued Notes start to be traded on the Official Free Market of the Prague Stock Exchange as of 5 December 2007.
PPF banka a.s. acted as the Sole Lead Manager and Bookrunner on the transaction.
