Home Credit Group's subsidiaries operate through the operating company Home Credit B.V., which is a subsidiary company 100% owned by PPF Group, (www.ppf.cz) an international investment group.

Home Credit B.V. was incorporated under Dutch law on 28 December 1999 as a private limited liability company. Its main activity is to manage, finance and invest in other companies. Home Credit B.V. is the holding company of the Home Credit Group CEE and CIS subsidiaries which operate in the consumer finance markets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus and through its minority ownership interest in AO Home Credit Bank and close business co-operation with Mr Jiří Šmejc (the majority shareholder of AO Home Credit Bank in Kazakhstan) participates also in consumer finance business in Kazakhstan.

Home Credit’s Chinese operations are controlled through a holding company HC Asia N.V. based in the Netherlands, which is 100% owned by PPF Group N.V.

Home Credit's brand in Vietnam is represented by PPF Vietnam Finance Company Ltd., which has adopted proven Home Credit business model and is owned (100%) by PPF Group N.V.

Home Credit B.V. also owns Home Credit International a.s., through which all centralized IT, advisor and support services to country managements in key areas are provided from the Czech Republic.
