Ukraine represents one of the few markets that the Home Credit Group has entered by means of a sizeable acquisition.
PJSC Home Credit Bank (“HC Ukraine”) started being managed by Home Credit Group after acquisition of ZAO Agrobank in 2006. Home Credit Group put in place its consumer finance business model and rebranded the company.
Due to the current macroeconomic situation, HC Ukraine has focused on deposit taking; cross-selling to existing customers and the robust management of the loan portfolio and collections process.
