Sale of Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan finalised

Prague – 30 December 2025 — PPF Group and the shareholders of Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan (“HCB-KZ”) today confirmed the successful completion of the sale of 100% of HCB-KZ and associated entities to ForteBank. This transaction – originally announced on 27 June -2025 is now completed.
