Termination of transaction for the sale of Home Credit Vietnam

Prague – March 26, 2026: Home Credit Group today announced the termination of the agreement for the sale of its Home Credit Vietnam business to Thailand’s Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (“SCB”) which is part of the SCBX Public Company Limited (“SCBX”) business. The conditions precedent under the SPA cannot be fulfilled within the agreed timeline, due to external factors.

The Home Credit Vietnam business continues to deliver excellent financial results. The recently released annual figures demonstrate the company’s sustained strong delivery and reaffirm its position as a leading financial services provider to millions of Vietnamese customers.
